Resolving Deposit Issues

If you encounter issues with your deposit, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Deposit sent to a non-YUBIT address

    • Unfortunately, if you deposit funds to an address outside of YUBIT, we cannot recover the assets.

  2. Deposit amount is less than the minimum requirement

    • If the deposit amount is lower than the minimum deposit limit, the funds cannot be credited, and YUBIT will not be able to assist with recovery.

  3. Deposit made to the wrong coin address

    • Example: Depositing BTC into a YUBIT BSC (Binance Smart Chain) address.

    • Please contact YUBIT Support and provide the following details:

      • Registered UID

      • Cryptocurrency type deposited

      • Deposit amount

      • Deposit address

      • Blockchain transaction ID (HASH)

      • A brief explanation of the situation

  4. Deposit of an unsupported cryptocurrency

    • If you mistakenly deposit a token that YUBIT does not support, please reach out to YUBIT Customer Support for assistance.


Important Notes

  • Recovery for incorrect deposits requires manual handling by YUBIT’s wallet technology team.

  • These cases are highly complex and time-consuming. The process may take at least one week or longer depending on the situation.

  • Please ensure that all deposit information (address, network, amount) is correct before proceeding to avoid delays or irreversible losses.
