# Security & Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Protecting your YUBIT account is our top priority. We strongly recommend enabling **Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)** to add an extra layer of protection to your logins and transactions. With 2FA enabled, even if your password is compromised, unauthorized access to your account is prevented.
