How do I become a VIP member?

You can upgrade your VIP tier by meeting the required trading volume. Each tier has its own volume threshold. Once met, the system will automatically upgrade you.

How is my VIP tier calculated?

VIP tiers are calculated based on your cumulative trading volume (futures and spot) and asset holdings. The system periodically reviews your account and automatically adjusts your VIP tier.

What benefits do VIP members get?

VIP members enjoy lower trading fees, dedicated customer support, priority access to new feature testing, exclusive event invitations, and more. Benefits vary by VIP tier.

Can my VIP tier be downgraded?

Yes. If your trading volume or asset holdings no longer meet the requirements of your current VIP tier, the system may adjust you to the tier that matches your current status.

How do I check my VIP tier?

You can view your current VIP tier, trading volume progress, and eligible benefits in Account Center or on the VIP Benefits page.
