# Prediction Trading User Agreement

Dear YUBIT User,

To maintain a fair and orderly prediction trading environment, all users must carefully read and understand the following rules before participating in Event Contract Pro or Prediction Market trading.

This agreement applies to YUBIT Event Contract Pro and Prediction Market products and services. By participating in any related prediction trading activity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement and the relevant rules.

### 1. Prediction Trading and Settlement

The prices, outcomes, and settlement of prediction trades shall be based on the results confirmed by YUBIT in accordance with the designated data sources and product rules.

In the event of data source abnormalities, data delays, system errors, incorrect quotations, incorrect settlement, network abnormalities, or other abnormal circumstances, YUBIT has the right to cancel, revoke, recalculate, adjust, or resettle the relevant orders.

The fact that an order has been executed, profits have been displayed, or funds have been credited does not mean that the relevant transaction will remain permanently valid under abnormal circumstances.

### 2. Abnormal Arbitrage Is Strictly Prohibited

Users are strictly prohibited from using any system, data, or event abnormality to obtain improper gains, including but not limited to:

* Taking advantage of data delays or result delays;
* Arbitraging through incorrect prices, odds, or settlement results;
* Trading when knowing that an event outcome has already occurred while the system has not yet updated;
* Profiting from system vulnerabilities, interface abnormalities, or program errors;
* Repeatedly trading under the same abnormal condition;
* Any other behavior that YUBIT determines to be abnormal arbitrage or improper profit-seeking.

If a user continues to exploit an abnormality for profit after discovering it, the platform will treat such behavior as malicious arbitrage rather than normal trading.

### 3. Multiple Accounts and Related-Account Arbitrage Are Prohibited

The same user, beneficial controller, or related party must not use multiple accounts to conduct:

* Hedging, AB positions, or locked positions;
* Wash trading or fake volume;
* Splitting trading volume or profits;
* Circumventing platform risk controls or trading restrictions;
* Joint abnormal arbitrage through multiple accounts;
* Any other coordinated or abnormal trading activity.

Using accounts of relatives, friends, agents, third parties, or nominee holders for the above activities also constitutes a violation.

YUBIT has the right to determine account relationships based on trading behavior, devices, networks, funds, and other data, without disclosing specific risk-control logic to users.

### 4. Automated and Technical Arbitrage Are Prohibited

Without YUBIT’s authorization, users must not use scripts, bots, crawlers, automated programs, non-public APIs, or other technical methods to:

* Automatically place or cancel orders;
* Front-run event outcomes;
* Probe system vulnerabilities;
* Obtain non-public data;
* Bypass risk-control restrictions;
* Gain a trading advantage through abnormal requests.

Any use of technical methods that undermines trading fairness or the normal operation of the system may be deemed a violation.

### 5. Abnormal Trading

The following activities may trigger risk controls:

* A large number of trades within a short period;
* High-frequency repeated trading;
* Abnormally high win rates;
* Trading behavior that is highly and unusually matched with event outcomes;
* Repeated use of the same price or data abnormality;
* Synchronized trading across multiple accounts;
* Behavior that clearly deviates from normal user trading behavior;
* Any other behavior that the platform considers abnormal or characteristic of arbitrage.

The above standards are for reference only and do not mean that behavior failing to meet these standards is necessarily normal trading. YUBIT will make a comprehensive judgment based on the overall trading behavior.

### 6. Handling of Abnormal Gains

If a user obtains gains through abnormal trading, data abnormalities, system vulnerabilities, incorrect settlement, or other improper means, YUBIT has the right to:

* Cancel relevant orders;
* Adjust or resettle transactions;
* Deduct abnormal gains;
* Recover distributed gains;
* Deduct rebates, bonuses, trial funds, and campaign rewards;
* Freeze relevant funds;
* Prohibit withdrawals or transfers;
* Restrict opening positions or trading;
* Set accounts or positions to reduce-only;
* Freeze or close accounts;
* Restrict or terminate related services.

Even if abnormal gains have been withdrawn, transferred, or used, this does not affect YUBIT’s right to recover such abnormal gains in accordance with applicable rules and laws.

### 7. Platform Risk-Control Rights

YUBIT has the right to conduct real-time or post-event risk control on users through trading records, order data, system logs, data-source records, devices, networks, fund flows, and other risk data.

For accounts suspected of abnormal trading, YUBIT has the right to take necessary restrictive measures during the investigation period.

The platform is not required to disclose specific risk-control models, algorithms, parameters, or identification rules in order to prevent malicious circumvention.

### 8. Special Statement

System-permitted trading does not mean the platform recognizes the trading as normal.

Order execution does not mean abnormal gains are permanently valid.

Credited gains do not mean abnormal gains cannot be recovered.

Discovering and exploiting a vulnerability for profit does not constitute normal trading.

No user may obtain improper gains by first discovering an abnormality, then repeatedly exploiting it, and finally demanding that the platform recognize the gains on the basis that the orders were executed.

For behaviors that undermine the fair trading environment, exploit system or data abnormalities, constitute malicious arbitrage, or otherwise violate the rules, YUBIT will take corresponding risk-control measures based on the actual circumstances.

YUBIT also has the right to handle other behaviors not expressly listed in these rules if they undermine the fair trading environment or result in improper gains.

### Risk Warning

Digital assets, Event Contract Pro, and Prediction Market products are high-risk products. Prices, event outcomes, and market conditions may change rapidly, and users may lose all or part of their trading funds.

Users should fully understand the product rules and risks and participate cautiously according to their own risk tolerance.
