# Announcement on the Official Launch of the New Customer Service System

**Dear users,**

To further improve customer service quality and optimize the online consultation experience, YUBIT will officially launch a new customer service system. The new system will provide a more stable and efficient service experience.

To ensure that you can use the online customer service function normally, please update your APP to **v5.17.0 or above** in time.

#### Launch Schedule

* **July 20, 2026 (UTC+0)**: The new customer service system will officially launch.
* **July 31, 2026 (UTC+0)**: The old customer service system will be officially discontinued and will no longer provide service.

#### Important Notes

1. The new customer service system only supports **YUBIT APP v5.17.0 and above**.
2. Starting from **July 31, 2026 (UTC+0)**, the old customer service system will stop providing service. APP versions lower than **v5.17.0** will no longer be able to use the online customer service function.
3. To avoid any impact on your normal consultations and business handling, please update to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play in advance.
