# What Should I Do If I Can’t Receive SMS Verification Codes?

If you cannot receive SMS verification codes when logging in, withdrawing, or performing security actions, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

***

### **Common Causes & Solutions**

1. #### **Weak Mobile Signal or Unstable Network**

Please make sure that:

* Your phone has a stable signal
* Your internet connection is working (4G/5G/WiFi)
* You try switching networks and request the code again

***

2. #### **SMS Blocking or Blacklist Settings Enabled**

Check whether:

* You have installed any SMS-filtering or security apps
* YUBIT's SMS sender number is accidentally added to a blacklist
* Your phone’s built-in spam filter is blocking messages

➡️ Disable SMS filtering or add YUBIT’s sender number to your trusted contacts.

***

3. #### **SMS Delivery Delays**

During peak periods (such as extreme market volatility), SMS delivery may be delayed.Recommended:

* Wait **1–3 minutes**
* Tap **Resend Code** and try again

***

4. #### **Carrier Restrictions on International SMS**

If you are **outside Mainland China** or using a **virtual operator (VoIP)**, your carrier may block the verification SMS.Recommended:

* Use a local, stable telecom operator
* Try switching to another mobile number

***

5. #### **Using a Virtual Number (e.g., Google Voice)**

Many virtual numbers **cannot** receive verification codes from exchanges. If you registered with a virtual number, please update your account to a real mobile carrier number.
