Troubleshooting Email Verification
If you’re not receiving YUBIT emails (verification codes, notifications, etc.), here’s how to fix it.
Steps:
Check your spam/junk folder.
Ensure you’ve whitelisted YUBIT’s official email domain.
Verify your email address in Account Settings.
Try resending the verification email.
If the issue persists, contact YUBIT support with your UID.
Note: Some email providers may delay delivery; always allow a few minutes before retrying.
