# Troubleshooting Email Verification

**Steps:**

1. Check your spam/junk folder.
2. Ensure you’ve whitelisted YUBIT’s official email domain.
3. Verify your email address in **Account Settings**.
4. Try resending the verification email.
5. If the issue persists, contact YUBIT support with your UID.

**Note:**\
Some email providers may delay delivery; always allow a few minutes before retrying.
