# Why wasn't my market order fully filled?

When market liquidity is insufficient or prices fluctuate significantly, a market order may not be fully filled if the best available price exceeds **±5% of the Last Price**.

The system will execute the fillable portion first. Any unfilled quantity will be **automatically converted into a limit order** and placed at **±5% of the Last Price**.

After the conversion, you will receive the following notification via **App Push** and **Notification Center**:

> **The best counterparty price exceeded 5% of the Mark Price. Your market order could not be fully filled and has been converted into a limit order.**
