# What Should I Do If My Withdrawal Hasn’t Been Processed?tled

#### YUBIT Processing

YUBIT will typically generate a **transaction hash (TXID)** within **10–15 minutes**.\
When the TXID appears in your withdrawal record, it means YUBIT has already processed your request and broadcast the transaction to the blockchain.

#### Blockchain Confirmation

The time needed for confirmation depends on:

* **Blockchain requirements**: Each network requires a different number of confirmations.
* **Receiving platform requirements**: Some exchanges or wallets may require more confirmations before crediting funds.
* **Network congestion**: High transaction volumes may cause delays in confirmations.

You can use the **TXID** to track your withdrawal on the relevant blockchain explorer.

#### Important Notes

* If the blockchain shows **“Unconfirmed,”** please wait until confirmations are completed.
* If the blockchain shows **“Confirmed”** but you still haven’t received the funds, and YUBIT has already completed the transfer, please contact the **customer support team of the receiving platform** for further assistance.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://yubit.gitbook.io/yubit/deposit-and-withdraw/withdrawal-faq/what-should-i-do-if-my-withdrawal-hasnt-been-processed-tled.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
