# Deposit Not Credited?

### Why does my deposit show as not credited?

When you deposit cryptocurrency to YUBIT, the transfer involves **three steps**:

1. **Sender’s Withdrawal** – The sending platform marks the transaction as *“Completed”* or *“Successful”*. This only means the funds have left that platform and been broadcast to the blockchain. It does **not** mean the deposit has arrived at YUBIT.
2. **Blockchain Confirmation** – The transaction must be confirmed by the blockchain. Network congestion (many transactions in the block) may delay confirmation, which can result in deposits taking longer than expected.
3. **Crediting to YUBIT** – Once the blockchain confirmation requirements are met, YUBIT will credit the deposit to your account. You can track progress using the **Transaction ID (HASH)**.

⚠️ **Note:** Each blockchain requires a different number of confirmations before YUBIT can credit your deposit.

### What to do if your deposit has not arrived

1. **Blockchain shows “Unconfirmed” and confirmations are below YUBIT’s requirement**\
   → Please wait. Your deposit will be credited automatically once enough confirmations are reached.
2. **Blockchain shows “Unconfirmed” but confirmations already meet YUBIT’s requirement**\
   → Contact YUBIT Customer Support. Provide the following:
   * Registered UID
   * Deposit address and screenshot
   * Screenshot from the sending platform showing successful withdrawal
   * Transaction ID (HASH)
3. **Blockchain shows “Confirmed” but deposit is still not credited**\
   → Contact YUBIT Customer Support with the same details above so we can investigate further.

### How to check deposit details and progress

You can track the status of your transaction directly on the blockchain by entering the **Transaction ID (HASH)** in a block explorer:

* **BEP-20:** [bscscan.com](https://bscscan.com/)
* **ERC-20:** [etherscan.io](https://etherscan.io/)
* **TRC-20:** [tronscan.org](https://tronscan.org/#/)

👉 Example: On BSC, input your HASH or deposit address to view transaction details and confirmation status.
